I went to Sophie/Sophia I can’t remember her name it was something like that but she did such a good job and she was so nice and sweet and it was for such a good price and it’s very clean I love how it’s decorated

the design was pretty cute but the application is horrible they didn’t even do my cuticle care and my nails are all different shapes and sizes they are really thick too the nail lady also chose to do square the into photo was almond and she TOLD me we are gonna do square…?

I was recommended to go to Jenny by a friend of mine I came in yesterday for a new set of gel nails. Jenny was nothing but passive aggressive and manhandling my hands all because she wanted to go home when I was finished and looked at my nails several nails on my left hand were the wrong shape and my thumb was a completely different length. I phone and let them know that I was not happy they asked me to come back today and they would fix them. It was Jenny again she was even more aggressive with my hands today because I was a bit late she didn’t fix anything she just filled them down didn’t fix the colour nothing so the sides of my nails have no design on them. It is so upsetting and frustrating being referred to a woman by someone I know that comes here often just to have terrible service and not have them done correctly

Went in to get nails removed. They left half of the fake nails on, they were uneven, lumpy, and chipped. They were peeling and overall in pretty rough shape over all. I’ve never had nails looking this bad after a removal.

Jenny & her amazing team are the absolutely hands down BEST nail techs in Calgary!!! I drive from the deep south to her in Sunridge!! I use Jenny and her ability to work with gel is outstanding, also I've never shown her a design she couldn't do!
